We use the information in the form solely to handle your enquiry and get back to you.
Who is responsible for your data?
PropValue AB, which operates PropNodeX, is the data controller for information submitted through the contact form. For privacy questions, please contact us using the form and indicate that your enquiry concerns personal data.
What data do we process?
Your name, email address, organisation if provided, and the message you submit. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
Why, and for how long?
We process your information to respond to your enquiry and follow up on a potential business relationship. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing incoming enquiries. We retain the data only for as long as needed for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.
Where does your data go?
The form is sent directly to the PropNodeX workspace in ClickUp, which we use to manage incoming enquiries. ClickUp processes the data on our behalf under the applicable data processing agreement and safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection. Contact us through the same channel you used previously and we will help you.
Website analytics
If you allow analytics, we record page views, clicks on links and buttons, and approximate active time on each page. We do not store form contents, full URLs containing query parameters, or IP addresses in our analytics records.
A random session code is created in your browser's session storage and disappears when the session ends. Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser. For signed-in users, a session may be marked as authenticated and linked to the existing portal identity, allowing us to monitor usage and security in the customer portal.
Analytics data is retained for up to twelve months and is accessible only to PropNodeX administrators. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer.
